Since we can’t individually test or evaluate everyone in detail during early conversations, we’ve designed a structured onboarding and probation process. This process ensures you have all the information, tools, and time you need to truly understand the role, our platform, and our vision — and to give yourself the best chance to succeed.

To support this, we’ve created a series of short videos and materials you can go through at your own pace (we estimate it may take around 1 hour in total). You’re welcome to complete it all at once or across multiple sessions — we’re hiring continuously and are happy to give you the space you need to engage with this meaningfully.

Step 1 - Get to know about this job
Watch this 5–6-minute sales job orientation video carefully and make notes. During the probation kick of interview, questions about this process explained will be asked, along with how exactly you will carry out the task duties as discussed in this pre-interview video. TIP: Make notes as you watch, then research to prepare for interview.
Step 2 - Product Pre-orientation Video - Self Training
You must Watch this playlist which mixes some of the features of the product and some material which will familiarize you with the platform. Same as above, make notes, and prepare for interview based on all these videos. These are short videos some under one minute some may be longer but they give you a clear idea of what the feature is. Not all features may be covered but enough to get you rightly oriented about eProfitify. TIP: Leave comments on videos so we know you have watched it. You must understand and also be able to mimic the videos during your demo video - which is requried to pass the pre-probation training period.

2.leave Youtube comment about what’s the benefit of the given feature to the end user (e.g. a business). This allows us to shorten our interview by scanning your comments across all videos to ensure you have understood the feature or not.
3.After you have watched all the videos and understood them.
Now, Create A DEMO VIDEO To PASS TRAINING PERIOD - After or during watching the videos go to eprofitify.com home page, and click on LIVE TRIAL DEMO button, then follow the clicks into the editor where you can hands-on try and understand and do what each video shows, that way we can check if you can demo the system successfully to a customer or not.
